Please email all enrolment enquiries to: enrolments@otc.school.nz

We have 2 methods of enrolment available:

OPTION ONE –  Online Enrolment (preferred)

Please click here to complete the enrolment application online.

There is a requirement to upload several documents to complete the online process.  These are:

• A copy of the student’s NZ Birth Certificate (preferred) OR a copy of their NZ Passport
• If not born in New Zealand, a copy of the student’s overseas birth certificate and passport photo page and proof of residence in New Zealand
• Recent proof of address (ie tenancy agreement, Unconditional Sale & Purchase Agreement, power account, rates notice)
• A copy of your student’s last school report (With the exception of Ōtūmoetai Intermediate – your information will come directly from the Intermediate).

OPTION TWO –  “Drop Off” for parents/caregivers who have fully completed an Enrolment Form and provided all of the documents required.

Drop Off will take a few minutes, during which time we will check all necessary areas on the Enrolment Form are completed and have been signed by parents/caregivers and students and that all required documents are at hand to be copied.  The required documents are:
