Urban and Public Bus Information

If your child catches either a School Urban Bus or Public Bus, please check the following download and links:

School Urban Bus Service: Run by the Regional Council.

ALL queries to Baybus website. www.baybus.co.nz

All students travelling on dedicated school urban buses or urban Bayhopper routes can travel for free before 9am and between 2.30 and 6.30pm.

Students must have their student ID and/or be in school uniform.

Ōtūmoetai College Rural Buses

At the beginning of each year all Year 9 bus students and new students to the school will be issued with a TEMPORARY bus pass.  All returning students are able to temporarily use their bus pass from the previous year.

A permanent bus pass is usually issued towards the end of March – once ID photos are completed.
