Venus Cup Cricket Winners

Our Girls First XI Cricket team won the Northern Districts Venus Cup Final!  This is a significant achievement and will be recognised nationally. They are now off to Christchurch in December to represent Northern Districts. Only five schools go, one from each region!

Join us for an inspiring talk by Dr. Katie Schofield, a distinguished PhD holder with expertise in Low Energy Availability (LEA) and Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S). Dr. Schofield brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, employing a multi-dimensional approach to enhance health, nutrition, and athletic performance.

Ōtūmoetai College 2024 Winter Sports Coaches & Managers – Expressions of interest

We are currently building our Winter Sports programmes, and are seeking expressions of interest for coaches and managers for the 2024 Basketball, Football, Hockey and Netball season.

Our volunteers are highly valued, and we welcome new members to the volunteer coaches and managers team.

If you are passionate about sport, enjoy sharing your skills and knowledge with student athletes and want to make a difference and enable students to participate in sport, we would love to hear from you.

Ōtūmoetai College will support you every step of the way with a dedicated sports department and staff contact. A code of conduct for all involved, regular communication and opportunities to feedback.

Gaining a USA Sports Scholarship is becoming a popular pathway for our students here at Ōtūmoetai College, however, the process can be daunting.
