Teacher in Charge (TiC) – Mr Tom Collier – (tcollier@otc.school.nz)
With over 14 years of competitive volleyball experience, I have played both beach and indoor volleyball in numerous countries, participating in countless events. My passion for beach volleyball began in England, thanks to my wife, and it has only grown stronger over the years. I like to train 2-3 times a week throughout the year, undeterred by icy cold rain, burning hot sand or 50kmph winds!
I have over a decade of coaching experience across various countries, having worked with local teams, secondary schools, and at the IPC events since arriving in New Zealand. My dedication to the sport can easily be determined by the amount of time I spend at the beach courts; Either playing or coaching, you can usually find me there!
I look forward to many more years of sharing my love for volleyball and helping others improve their game.
