Mark has played football for over 30 years, and has been a member of the Otumoetai Football Club for 12 years. He’s part of the successful Special Reserve side that has won multiple cup and league titles over the last few years. Mark has coached the junior A boys side for the past 3 years, a side that has consistently gained winning results in the Baywide 14/15th grade first division.

Football is played during Term 2 and 3. Trials for teams will be held in Term 1.

Ōtūmoetai College football is run in association with the Ōtūmoetai Football Club, which is the largest club in the WaiBOP region with football available for all ages and abilities. Trials are organised by the club and teams entered into local Saturday WaiBOP competitions at regional venues. In addition, the 1st XI Girls and Boys’ compete in the NZ Secondary Schools national tournament in August/September at different venues.
