Hockey

Monique is new to OTC this year and has come from a strong hockey background.

She sees hockey as a fun and exciting sport for our Akonga to be involved in, whether it be at a competitive or social level.

She would love to see hockey grow and develop here at OTC and is passionate about supporting our coaches and managers to make this happen.

Monique’s hockey history involves playing all age group national competitions for both Tauranga and Otago up to U21 level. She was a member of the Midlands NHC squad before she left to go overseas and was involved in National coaching clinics.  Monique currently still plays for Otumoetai club intercity team and the Tauranga women’s 40’s masters team.
