Tēnā koutou katoa,
I’m Milly Simon, and I have the privilege of serving as the Student Representative on the Ōtūmoetai College Board. This is a role I am passionate about, as it allows me to connect with my peers, advocate for student interests, and contribute positively to life at our kura.
Beyond my work on the Board, I have a strong passion for science, health, and wellbeing. Within the college, I lead the Hauora Committee, supporting the wellbeing of our rangatahi through events, initiatives, and awareness campaigns.
I am a dedicated and community-minded individual who values communication, leadership, and fostering a positive environment within school. Serving on the Board has provided me with the opportunity to contribute to important decision-making processes while ensuring student perspectives are heard and represented. I am proud to play a role in helping create meaningful and lasting positive outcomes for the students of Ōtūmoetai College.
