Netball
Netball is played in Term 2 and the first half of Term 3 at the Tauranga Netball Centre (TNC) in Mount Maunganui. The season starts with competition games on Friday nights – rough dates, start of May to mid August.
The college weekly games will be played on a Friday evening with the first of four rounds starting at 5pm.
During the season players are required to attend the training set by the coach… at least one training and a strength and conditioning session per week.
Pre-season skills development sessions are recommended to help get you ready for the season.
In 2025 we offered social players the opportunity to create their own teams or register with friends in the same team. Social teams must have a parent as their manager.

Year 9
Thursday 12th & Friday 13th March – 3.45pm to 5.30pm
Saturday 14th March – 9.00am to 11.30am
Year 10
Monday 23rd & Tuesday 24th March – 3.45pm to 5.30pm
Thursday 26th March – 3.45pm to 5.30pm (Fitness)
Friday 27th March – 3.45pm to 5.30pm (Invite Only)
Seniors NON Premier
Week 9: Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st March – 3.45pm to 5.30pm
ACADEMY Senior Premier
Week 9: Wednesday 1st April – 3.45pm to 5.30pm
Training Times
Pre-season Skill Development commences from Week 3 and ends Week 6 (There are NO skill sessions once selections commence).
Wednesdays 3.30pm to 4.45pm (starts 18th Feb) – MAGIC PLAYER GUEST COACH SESSIONS – $10 per session
Thursdays 3.30pm to 4.45pm (starts 19th Feb) – No cost
Season – Monday through to Thursday, before and afterschool – TBC when teams are selected.
