The 1st XI Girls Football Team were victorious yesterday against Mt College, with the game finishing 1-0.
Having lost to the Mount twice already in the regular season the girls didn’t let this phase them. An excellent goal within the first 2 minutes created by Miah Smith and superbly finished by Grace Duncan was all that was between these two very well coached teams.
All 17 players took to the field during the final and all had a significant part to play in their well deserved victory.
