Squash Secondary Schools Trans-Tasman Test Match
The Squash Secondary Schools Trans-Tasman was the test match between New Zealand and the Australian team selected from the best of the New South Wales and Queensland players. There are 20 singles and 10 doubles matches to decide the champion team. The first team to 16 wins are the victors.
Last year was the closest the Aussie team has ever been to beating New Zealand since the series started in this format in 2012 where the New Zealand team won by 16-14.
Both Grace Spencer and Erin Wyllie played well, getting some excellent wins and helping Team NZ defend their title in Sydney beating Australia 17-13. What an amazing year for Grace and Erin and tops off another awesome year of school squash.
