Good luck to our five amazing squash girls at the New Zealand Secondary Schools Squash Championships in Wellington.
They are the defending champions and going for a four national title in a row!

With 8 years of experience, James Forster, PhD, is a strength and conditioning specializing in athlete development ranging from youth to professional (WaiBOP Magic).

Holding a doctoral qualification in Sport and Exercise Science, James combines scientific expertise with practical coaching to help athletes achieve their peak potential. Tailoring programs in strength development, agility, and injury prevention, James is committed to excellence and the development of long-term athletes.
