BOPSS Junior Volleyball Champs – A Thrilling Weekend in Rotorua!
Last weekend, our talented junior volleyball teams headed to Rotorua for the BOPSS Junior Volleyball Champs Day 1 & 2, and what a weekend it was! With five girls’ teams and three boys’ teams competing, our student-athletes brought their A-game to the courts, facing off against the best teams in the Bay of Plenty. The level of competition was fierce, showcasing the incredible talent in our region.
This event was not just about competition – it was a fantastic opportunity for our players to gain valuable experience ahead of the upcoming North Island Champs later this month. Every set played and every match battled out helped our teams grow stronger and more prepared for the final pool round this Saturday and finals on Sunday.
A huge thank you to our amazing coaches and managers who worked tirelessly to ensure our athletes traveled to and from Rotorua safely. Your dedication is truly appreciated!

The action continues this weekend with Day 3 & 4 of the Volleyball BOPSS Junior Champs in Rotorua! Our eight incredible teams are ready to hit the courts and give it their all in what promises to be another thrilling weekend of competition.

Day 3 – Saturday, 9 November: Check out the fixtures below!
Day 4 – Sunday, 10 November: The matchups for Sunday will be determined by Saturday’s results, so make sure to stay updated with the Live Draw!
And don’t forget – if there are any changes to the draw between now and Saturday, the Live Draw will have the latest updates!
